Check-in time is 2pm and check-out 10am. We will gladly hold your luggage until you are ready for your onward journey on the day of departure..
PARKING - - The local area has 2 hour on-street parking during the hours of 7.30am - 7.30pm Monday to Saturday. On-street parking is free outside of these hours. A 10 minute walk away is Premier Parking that offer 24 hour secure undercover parking for $8.00. They are not open 24 hours but you may leave your car overnight - the carpark is secured & locked after these hours: (Premier Parking -- Macfarlan Street, South Yarra, VIC -- Height Clearance: 2.1 Metres)

We
have a fully equipped communal kitchen with help yourself
tea, espresso coffee, orange juice, cereals, toast and
preserves so feel free to cook for yourself as long as
you are willing to clean up! There's also a living/dining
room with cable TV and three fast Internet computers.
And
yes, all prices are per room per night not per person
unless otherwise stated and inclusive of help yourself
continental breakfast.
If you would like to book a room
we will need a 50% deposit at time of booking which can
be left at our secure
site here.
CANCELLATION POLICY
You must contact St Arnaud Guest House directly 48 hours prior to 2.00pm on day of arrival, otherwise the first night for all rooms booked will be charged.
DIFFERENT CONDITIONS APPLY DURING SPECIAL EVENTS (see below).
SPECIAL EVENTS
Australian Rules Football Grand Final
Minimum of 2 nights stay required. 26th to 28th September 2008. A non refundable 50% deposit is required at time of booking , and the balance to be processed on 30th August 2008. NO REFUNDS after 2.00pm Saturday 13th September.
Melbourne Cup week
Minimum of 2 nights stay required. 31st October to 8th November 2008. A non refundable 50% deposit is required at time of booking, and the balance to be processed on Saturday 11th October 2008. NO REFUNDS AFTER 2.00pm Tuesday 21st October 2008.
Christmas/New Year
Minimum 2 night stay required. 19th December 2008 to 1st January 2009. A non refundable 50% deposit is required at time of booking, and the balance to be processed on 6th December 2008 NO REFUNDS after 2.00pm Saturday 13th December 2008.
Australian Open Tennis Championship 2009
Minimum 2 nights stay required. 19th January to 1st February 2008. A non refundable 50% deposit is required at time of booking, balance to be processed on Saturday 20th December 2008. NO REFUNDS after 2.00pm Tuesday 6th January 2009.Saturday 20th December 2008 NO REFUNDS after 2.00pm Tuesday 6th January 2009.
