We have a fully equipped communal kitchen with help yourself tea, espresso coffee, orange juice, cereals, toast and preserves so feel free to cook for yourself as long as you are willing to clean up! There’s also a living/dining room with cable TV and three fast Internet computers.
And yes, all prices are per room per night not per person unless otherwise stated and inclusive of help yourself continental breakfast.

N.B. We require a deposit of 50% at time of booking and will only give a refund, less a ten percent handling charge, if two weeks notice is given prior to date of arrival.
